What are Fat Dissolving Injections?

Fat dissolving are injections that works by breaking down fat cells, destroying them permanently. The broken-down cells are then eliminated naturally through the lymphatic system.

It is commonly used to treat small pockets of fat under the chin (double chin) and can also be injected to remove arm fat (bingo wings), bra back fat, stomach fat and love handle.

How to Prepare for Injections

You will have a consultation with Sharon, if you are deemed suitable for treatment and wish to go ahead then treatment can be performed on the same day as consultation or you can book a future appointment for treatment.

• Do not apply any cosmetics to the treated area within a 12-hour period. Avoid all direct sources of heat and radiation e.g. sunlight, UV radiation, saunas. You should also abstain from particularly demanding physical exercise for 7 days.

• As the released fatty acids are converted into additional energy, it is especially important that you keep a healthy diet, otherwise your body will simply store the fat in an alternative fat depot.
